Hello, Disney fans!
⨠Zenfinity Disney Resort Update
Week of July 20ā27, 2026
Downtown Disney just had its biggest dining week in years, the 70th Celebration is down to its final two weeks, and the resort is humming with summer energy. š½ļøšā ā ā
š THE BIG PICTURE THIS WEEK
If Downtown Disney has felt like itās been building toward something, this is the week it arrived. Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby opened July 13, and Earl of Sandwich celebrated its official grand opening July 15 ā giving the district two major new dining destinations in the same week. That is genuinely the headline story for the entire resort this week, and it is worth planning your visit around. Meanwhile, inside the parks, the 70th Celebration is entering its final two weeks before August 9, anytime park hopping continues to be the best operational change Disneyland has made in years, and the summer hotel discount is still running through September 7. A lot to love heading into the back half of July.

šļø DOWNTOWN DISNEY ā THE DISTRICTāS BIGGEST DINING WEEK IN YEARS
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby ā Now Open
The most talked-about new restaurant in the district is officially open. Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby opened July 13, bringing a 1960s Carnaby Street London vibe to the second floor of the new Earl of Sandwich building. The British-themed gastropub features three distinct dining environments ā a stylish outdoor terrace, a lively bar, and plush interior seating ā along with Chef Ramsayās signature take on classic British dishes. It is the kind of elevated, experience-first restaurant that Downtown Disney has been building toward, and early buzz has been strong. Reservations are your friend here, especially in these opening weeks.
Earl of Sandwich ā Official Grand Opening July 15
Earl of Sandwich celebrated its official grand opening on July 15, completing the transition from soft opening to fully operational in its new permanent two-story home ā the largest Earl of Sandwich in the entire chain. Beyond the classic toasted sandwiches fans already love, the new location adds The Carvery (an open carving station with fresh-carved pastrami on marbled rye), The Pub upstairs (draft beer, wine, and frozen cocktails), and an expanded bakery featuring oversized cookies and cinnamon rolls. Budget-friendly, fast, and now bigger and better than ever.
Also Worth Noting in the District
Happy Ice ā the Philadelphia-style Italian water ice spot ā is now in its permanent Downtown Disney home after its Juneteenth opening, making it the perfect walk-and-snack pick on a warm summer evening. Big Boi Lumpia, a food cart offering sweet and savory Filipino lumpia alongside fresh fruit juices, is also now part of the district mix. The full Downtown Disney lineup ā World of Disney, The D-Lander Shop, Beignets Expressed, Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio, Salt & Straw, Parkside Market, Disney Storyland Boutique, and Nectar Life ā rounds out a district that is genuinely more exciting than it has been in years.

š° DISNEYLAND PARK ā 70TH CELEBRATION FINAL STRETCH
Two Weeks Left on the 70th Celebration
The Disneyland 70th Celebration closes August 9, which means this week and next are the last real opportunities to experience the full anniversary atmosphere. Anniversary entertainment, special decor, and the 70th Finale Collection merchandise are still fully active across the park. If there is a show, a keepsake, or an experience tied to the celebration that has been on your list, the clock is genuinely running now. Once this one closes, HalloweenTime takes over in late August.
Pirates of the Caribbean ā Still Delivering
Nearly a month since its June 26 reopening, Pirates of the Caribbean continues to be the standout attraction update of the summer. The new treasure grotto effect ā a pirate figure shifting between human and skeleton form via projection-mapping and mechanical animation ā still earns the attention. If you have not made it on since the refurbishment, it remains well worth prioritizing.
Anytime Park Hopping
Fully settled in and working beautifully. Guests with Park Hopper tickets or Magic Keys can move between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure at any point during the day, subject to capacity and reservations. Build your day the way you want it ā the policy is firmly in place through summer and beyond.
ā ā ā
š DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE
DCA is in a clean, steady summer groove ā no crowds from spring festivals, regular summer dining and seasonal menus in place, and 70th Celebration touches still filling the park with anniversary energy. With anytime hopping fully normalized, it works best as a flexible, drop-in destination rather than a rigid first-stop commitment. Cross over when the mood strikes.
ā ā ā
š MAGIC KEY ā DINING CARD STILL ON THE TABLE
On-time renewals between May 27, 2026 and May 26, 2027 continue to unlock a complimentary Disney Dining Card: Inspire Key $100, Believe Key $75, Explore Key $50, Imagine Key $25. The card arrives by email within 72 hours of renewal and works at participating Disneyland Resort dining locations ā not at Downtown Disney restaurants. All standard Magic Key perks remain active alongside it: dining and merchandise discounts, PhotoPass benefits on eligible tiers, and reservation-based park admission.
ā ā ā
šØ RESORT HOTELS ā SUMMER DISCOUNT THROUGH SEPTEMBER 7
The summer room offer is still running: up to 25% off select stays of four nights or more at Disneyland Hotel, Disneyās Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, plus up to 15% off at Pixar Place Hotel, all through September 7, 2026. With Oogie Boogie Bash just under a month away and summer weekends filling fast, this is a solid window to lock in a stay. Hotel dining ā Goofyās Kitchen, Storytellers Cafe, GCH Craftsman Bar, Sketch Pad CafĆ©, and Small Bytes ā continues without major changes.
ā ā ā

ā ā ā
šļø MERCHANDISE ā FINAL CALL ON 70TH KEEPSAKES
With August 9 two weeks out, the 70th Celebration merchandise window is closing. Anniversary apparel, collectibles, and Finale Collection items are still on shelves, but selections will thin as the closing date approaches. If a 70th keepsake has been on your radar, now is genuinely the time to act.
